This apartment is set on the first floor (without elevator access). Its location close to the district’s metro station makes sightseeing easy. The "Barceloneta Beach IV" apartments are located on the Barcelona beach, in the traditional quarter of sailors and fishermen, famous for its restaurants. Next to the Olympic Port and featuring over forty bars and restaurants, it has become the city’s new leisure area that offers four kilometers of beaches and the possibity for all types of nautical sports.
