Aditional information of Arrival and Departure from the Barcelona apartment:
Together with the confirmation of your reservation, ClassBedroom will send you an email containing all the information you need for your arrival:
Location and address of apartment
Telephone number of ClassBedroom so that you can call in order to confirm your arrival in Barcelona
You will be asked to reply as soon as possible with the time of your arrival in Barcelona so that the ClassBedroom person or owner of the apartment will be there at the apartment to meet you with the keys, etc.
When you arrive in Barcelona we would ask you to call Classbedroom at the telephone number provided in the email (+34666466231) to confirm your arrival time at the apartment.
Please note:
All check in takes place after 14.00. Guests arriving before this time can leave their luggage in the office at 36 Carrer Escudellers.
If its arrival or exit of the apartment happens outside the schedule of the office, will have to pay an additional amount, in the cash, according to the following table:
Between 20h and 24h 20 €
Between 24h and 7h 50 €
Between 7h adn 8h 20 €
When you arrive at the apartment the ClassBedroom staff member or the owner of the apartment will provide you with the following:
- Keys for entry to the apartment
- Walk through the apartment
- Instruct you how to use equipment in the apartment like Air Conditioning, Washing machine, Cooker, etc.
- Explain any items like rubbish removal specific to that neighbourhood, local grocery store location, directinos to metro station or other information regarding the area in general.
- Collect the remaining rental amount and the damage deposit in cash. Exact amount will be stated in your arrival and departure informatino the will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation.
The apartment must be free before 12:00h.
A member of our staff will be at the apartment at the concerted hour to collect the apartment keys and return the refundable deposit minus any damage which may have ocurred.
