Once the availability of the house booked has been confirmed, we will notify our bank details so you can make payment of 10% of an annuity by way of deposit payment or booking (Minimum payment 500 €). Upon receipt of the deposit, you shall receive an email confirming your reservation and requesting the documentation to be provided for signing the contract.
Requirements
- Documentation of all occupants, ID / Passport / Foreigner Identification Number
- The last three pay slips and employment contract.
Payments to be made:
- Deposit: Two months' rent.
- Fees: 10% of annual rent. At least 500 €. Contracting costs included.
- The first month's rent or apportionment of the month.
The deposit will be returned once the apartment has been vacated, it is clean and tidy and in perfect condition and the payment of consumption of all supplies (water, electricity and gas) has been checked.
The apartments must be vacated before 11.00 am.
