General Conditions
Clients should carefully check the specific conditions of the accommodation they are booking.
Each owner imposes specific conditions (described in the accommodation details at the time of making the booking) which should be confirmed with the contact person when their details are received in the booking confirmation e-mail. Upon booking the accommodation, the client accepts the specific conditions for said accommodation.
Clients must notify their approximate arrival time to the contact person at least 3 days prior to the date of arrival at the accommodation.
Proper care must be taken of the property, its furniture and equipment.
It is forbidden to accommodate more people than those stated in the booking contract.
All activities considered illegal in the destination in question are forbidden during the stay.
Clients must be prepared to sign a contract and to settle the price of the accommodation upon arrival.
For the purposes of dealing with any claims, clients must notify both the owner and ClassBedroom, in writing in such a way that a record may be kept, as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum of 24 hours following their arrival or the occurrence of an incident, any breach of contract found onsite, together with photographs, if relevant. If consumers fail to carry out this notification in the indicated manner and deadline, no claim may be made and any damages that occur or are aggravated will be to their account, as explained in our Refund Policy.
ClassBedroom also informs that:
ClassBedroom acts in good faith and as an intermediary in booking the services offered on its web page.
ClassBedroom cannot alter the booking conditions established by each owner.
The photographs and information that appear on our portal are provided directly by the owners, who may periodically modify them at any time.
ClassBedroom will only accept liability for any direct damages caused due to defects attributable to our obligations as regards our services and up to an amount corresponding to the booking amount, as indicated in the booking confirmation e-mail.
Therefore, ClassBedroom will not accept liability in the case of any booking cancellation due to strike, force majeure circumstances or any other events beyond our control. On the other hand, in the event of non-availability of the property booked, we will offer accommodation with identical characteristics and if it were not possible to offer this alternative, the booking will be cancelled and ClassBedroom will refund the amount paid in concept of booking.
CHANGES POLICY
All changes in bookings will be subject to availability, the maximum capacity of the property in question, the prevailing rates and the conditions set out below. Each booking change carries a handling fee of €20 which is applied directly upon confirmation of the change.
Date changes:
Date changes must be notified via e-mail.
Increase in the number of days: This is possible provided that the same apartment/accommodation is available for the dates in question and following payment of the difference between the original amount paid online and the new amount to be paid online.
Reduction in the number of days: This change may only be made with at least one month's notice and there will be no refund of the original amount paid online.
Change in the number of people:
Increase in the number of people: Provided that the same accommodation has sufficient capacity. This change will only be made following payment of the difference between the original amount paid online and the new amount to be paid online.
Reduction in the number of people: This change may only be made with at least one month's notice and there will be no refund of the original amount paid online.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND NO-SHOWS
When the booking is cancelled by the client, no refund of the amount paid will be made, and the policy applied for the amount pending will depend on the cancellation conditions imposed by the owner of each accommodation. When there is no specific cancellation policy in place for the accommodation, it is possible that any rental amount paid by the client may not be refunded in the event of cancellation by the client or abandonment of the property before the departure date.
Clients must notify cancellation in writing, via e-mail or fax.
Any cancellation by clients, even in the event of force majeure circumstances, or no-shows at the accommodation will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation policy.
REFUND POLICY
ClassBedroom will refund the amount of the booking paid online in the following circumstances, provided clients have fulfilled their obligations, set out in the General Conditions.
In the event of overbooking and when neither ClassBedroom nor the accommodation's owner are able to offer alternative accommodation acceptable to the client.
In the event that the accommodation fails provide the accommodation standards and amenities detailed on ClassBedroom's web page, and only if the client notifies ClassBedroom of this circumstance within a maximum of 24 hours following check-in and neither ClassBedroom nor the accommodation's owner are able to find alternative accommodation acceptable to the client.
In the event of an emergency situation that renders the accommodation uninhabitable at any time during the stay, and provided the client notifies ClassBedroom of this circumstance within a maximum of 24 hours following occurrence of the emergency situation and neither ClassBedroom nor the accommodation's owner are able to find alternative accommodation acceptable to the client.
