Port Vell is the oldest part of Barcelona Port. Over the last few years its installations have been restored and reconverted to make it an emblematic, benchmark space for both locals and tourists, integrated in the city life.
Starting your route at the monument to Colon, right at the end of Las Ramblas, you will find a commercial zone in the centre, known as the Maremagnum, together with numerous recreation vessels in the storage dock and Barceloneta dock.
Thanks to its direct access to the centre of Barcelona, it is the ideal place to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, but still have everything you need at hand. Also of note is Barcelona's World Trade Centre, situated next to the port.
