The apartment is fully equipped with heating and air conditioning, washing machine, tumble drier, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, mixer, plates), TV and free Wi-Fi.
Near the apartment you can explore the unique Gothic Quarter and Old Town, its broad range of restaurants, medieval buildings, Barcelona Cathedral, Plaza del Rey, Plaza del Pi, the Maremagnum area, a leisure area facing the sea, shop in all sorts of different establishments in Plaza Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia, and also enjoy many different cultural activities with some of the most important museums and theatres in the city.

CHECK IN
- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.
- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.
- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.
- 24 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.
We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned
- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security
- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am
- The building is equipped with security cameras

A great location, but noisy on weekend. Comfort issue was lack of closet space and hangars. There were only 2 of us, though there are 2 king bed BR's, and only 8 hangars total! And no closet in front BR --needs a freestanding wardrobe and the shower with front BR has no shelving...needs a shower caddy for shampoo. On the PLUS side, great bed and linens. Terrific backyard with hot tub. Good size TV. Super slick keyless entry. Felt very safe. Easy walks to Ramblas and seafront.
L’appartement est géré par une société qui gère les locations. Personnel très pro et sympa, et tout est fait pour faciliter la location. Rien à redire.

Tout est parfait ! L’appartement est cosy, rénové avec énormément de cachet,
parfaitement equipé,
Et vraiment très proche de tout , à 2 pas de la Rambla, 50m du métro
La communication est excellente et nos hôtes ont su répondre à nos attentes et solutionner les problématiques avec brio.

Bon accueil. Très réceptif. Répondent immédiatement.
Quartier ancien et un peu dangereux (proche de la rambla). Mais l’appartement est rénové et très bien équipé proche du centre et toutes commodités. L’eau du Jacuzzi n’est pas très chaude et un bouton ne fonctionne pas.
