Payment
- A 35% deposit will be charged to your credit card. 
- The balance of 65% must be paid on your arrival.

Check in
- From Monday to Sunday, 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Arrivals after 8 p.m. will incur an additional charge of 30 Euros.
- Arrivals after midnight will incur an additional charge of 50 Euros.

Security deposit
- A security deposit of one month will be paid on arrival to cover any damage to the flat during your stay. The deposit will be returned (less utility charges and any charges for damage) once you have left the flat and we have checked the premises. 

Minimum stay:
- The minimum stay in these flats is 45 nights. 
- The Residents’ Association does not allow parties to be held in the building.
