Monthly Rent
The rent is quoted without Value-Added Tax (VAT).
Guest Registration
All occupants must provide valid identification (passport/ID card) for registration purposes.
Payment Details
Full payment is required to be settled one week prior to your arrival.
Utilities and Services Included
Costs for electricity, gas, and water are covered.Complimentary Wi-Fi access is provided.
Check-In Procedure
Guests must complete an online check-in process before arrival. Self-service check-in is available. Entry to the building is granted through a secure access code. Keys can be retrieved from a designated safe box.
Security Deposit
A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is due one week before arrival. This deposit is fully refundable within seven days post-departure, pending a property inspection, and will be returned via credit card.
Minimum Stay & Building Policies
A minimum occupancy of 45 nights is required. The building’s Residents’ Association prohibits the hosting of parties.Pets are not allowed
